Our Next (Optional) Saturday Class Session: February 21, 2009
Our next (optional) Saturday class session will be held on February 21, from 9:00pm to 12:00 noon. The first hour will be a demonstration and hands-on session with Microsoft Photo Story 3 which will cover how to create a simple digital story. If you have not used Photo Story before or have used it but would like a review, I suggest that you try to attend this session. If you have used Photo Story before and feel you don't need a review, you are welcome to come to the second half of the class meeting which will begin at 10:15am. We will spend the rest of the morning discussing course topics, including weekly assignments and final semester projects, plus I will try to answer any questions or address other issues you may have.

I will not be able to attend this optional session. I have plans made for that weekend already.
Where will the meeting be held?
Sorry, the class session will again be held in the computer lab on the 3rd floor of the College of Education building on the UH main campus.
I know that there is no one date in February when everyone will be able to meet, but Feb. 21 seemed like the only choice since the other Saturdays during the month were already taken up with Dr. McNeil's face-to-face session, Valentine's Day, and a day that I will be out of town.

If I am in town, I would love nothing more than to spend my birthday with y'all. Oh yeah I forgot, I don't have birthdays anymore :)
I will surely love to be there. Have been wanting to play around with Photo Story for the longest time.
I plan to be there, but late - I'm on campus early that morning giving my class a review session for their exam; as soon as I get them underway, I plan to head over - likely around 10:00AM.
